Air quality: a global health issue
Air pollution is a major cause of premature death and disease being responsible for an estimated 4.2 million deaths each year. Respiratory allergies affect 25% of adults, half of them suffering from pollen allergies.
Main sources of indoor pollution
The indoor air we breathe is three to four times more polluted than that outside. Many sources of indoor pollution such as furniture, carpets, office equipment produce volatile organic compounds (VOCs) harmful when breathed in.

How it works
The air drawn in by the planter system is naturally processed by phytoremediation which breaks down 99.5% of micropollutants (PMs) and fine particles.
The addition of a HEPA 14 filter guarantees the removal of 99.97% of viruses.
Microbes, micro-organisms in the substrate and two natural filters break down harmful vapours along with other unwanted toxins, VOCs, pollen and smells.
One purifier can clean up to 20 sqm twice in one hour or, alternatively can be connected with multiple units to clean spaces of all sizes.
Phytoremediation
The power of plants
Our system is based on the natural process of phytoremediation.
Plants naturally absorb and break down contaminants. Most of the cleaning is performed in the roots, where germs in the soil convert compounds into food for the plants.
These organisms are extremely efficient at removing volatile substances and absorbing fine particulates, whilst the plant will re-oxygenate the room.
